Ask Arlene and Maxx

Quantity & budget

Check each product for its minimum quantity and pricing basis. Where details are available on request, send the quantity you need. Your quote confirms the price, branding, artwork, setup and delivery, with VAT shown separately.

Logo & finish

Check the available print methods and print area on the product page. Send your logo with your request, or send it later. We prepare a visual for you to approve before production.

Materials & use

Think about where the item will be used and how it will be cared for. For recycled materials or certification requirements, ask us to confirm the product details before ordering.

Your delivery date

Published lead times begin after artwork approval. Share your delivery postcode and arrival deadline so we can check stock, production and shipping with our suppliers.

Questions about seeds

What is the minimum order for branded seeds?

Minimum orders in this range start at 25 pieces. Each product shows its own minimum, and you can mix products in one quote request.

How long do branded seeds take?

Typical lead times for seeds are 5 to 15 working days after you approve your artwork visual. Tell us your deadline in your quote request and we will confirm it.

How can my logo be added to seeds?

Products in this range can be branded with full colour label, spot print and full colour. Each product page lists its print methods and print area, and we can recommend the best option for your logo.

What does the price include?

Our quotes give one price per item, excluding VAT. It includes print setup and artwork. Delivery is included on most UK orders, and the quote tells you if delivery to Europe, the Scottish Highlands or the Isle of Man costs extra.

Will I see my logo on the product before you print?

Yes. We send a free artwork visual showing your logo on the product, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

Not sure what to choose?

Tell us what the merchandise is for, how many you need and when. Arlene or Maxx will reply within 2 hours with ideas and prices.
