Quantity & budget

Check each product for its minimum quantity and pricing basis. Where details are available on request, send the quantity you need. Your quote confirms the price, branding, artwork, setup and delivery, with VAT shown separately.

Check the available print methods and print area on the product page. Send your logo with your request, or send it later. We prepare a visual for you to approve before production.

Fabric, handles & capacity

Think about what the bag needs to carry. Compare dimensions, fabric weight and handle length, then check the printable area against your logo. For an event pack, allow room for every item that will go inside.

Your delivery date

Published lead times begin after artwork approval. Share your delivery postcode and arrival deadline so we can check stock, production and shipping with our suppliers.

What is the minimum order for branded backpacks?

Minimum orders in this range start at 25 pieces. Each product shows its own minimum, and you can mix products in one quote request.

How long do branded backpacks take?

Typical lead times for backpacks are 5 working days after you approve your artwork visual. Tell us your deadline in your quote request and we will confirm it.

How can my logo be added to backpacks?

Products in this range can be branded with full colour transfer, spot print, embroidery small (90x50), embroidery medium (120x70) and doming. Each product page lists its print methods and print area, and we can recommend the best option for your logo.

What does the price include?

Our quotes give one price per item, excluding VAT. It includes print setup and artwork. Delivery is included on most UK orders, and the quote tells you if delivery to Europe, the Scottish Highlands or the Isle of Man costs extra.

Will I see my logo on the product before you print?

Yes. We send a free artwork visual showing your logo on the product, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
