Prices, minimums and lead times
From prices
Each product shows a from price. That is the lowest price per item, at the highest quantity, excluding VAT. Your quote gives the exact price for the quantity you choose.
Quantity ranges and minimum orders
Choose a quantity range on the product page and type the exact number if you know it. Each product shows its minimum order, and the quantity cannot go below it.
Lead times
Lead times are in working days and start when you approve your artwork visual. If you have an event or a deadline, add the date to your request and we will confirm what is possible before you order.
Artwork
Upload your logo with your request or send it later. We send a free visual and nothing is printed until you approve it. See our artwork guidelines.

Questions about ordering
Why do you show a from price?
The price per item depends on the quantity, the number of print colours and the print method. The from price is the lowest price per item, at the highest quantity. Your quote gives the exact price for the quantity range you choose.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product. Every product page shows its minimum order, and the quantity box starts at that number. If you need fewer, send us a message and we will check what is possible.
Can I ask for several products in one request?
Yes. Add as many products as you like to your quote list and send them together. You will get one reply covering everything.
How long does branded merchandise take?
Each product page shows a typical lead time in working days, counted from when you approve your artwork visual. If you have an event date, add it to your quote request and we will confirm what is possible before you order.
Will I see my logo on the product before you print?
Yes. We send a free artwork visual showing your logo on the product, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
How do I pay for my order?
There is nothing to pay on this website. Once you accept your quote, Arlene or Maxx confirm the order details and how to pay.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices on this website exclude VAT, which is added to your final quote.
