We reply to every quote request within 2 hours. Arlene or Maxx will email you a price for each product on your list.

The price per item depends on the quantity, the number of print colours and the print method. The from price is the lowest price per item, at the highest quantity. Your quote gives the exact price for the quantity range you choose.

Our quotes give one price per item, excluding VAT. It includes print setup and artwork. Delivery is included on most UK orders, and the quote tells you if delivery to Europe, the Scottish Highlands or the Isle of Man costs extra.

No. Prices on this website exclude VAT, which is added to your final quote.

Yes. Add as many products as you like to your quote list and send them together. You will get one reply covering everything.

There is nothing to pay on this website. Once you accept your quote, Arlene or Maxx confirm the order details and how to pay.

It depends on the product. Every product page shows its minimum order, and the quantity box starts at that number. If you need fewer, send us a message and we will check what is possible.

Each product page shows a typical lead time in working days, counted from when you approve your artwork visual. If you have an event date, add it to your quote request and we will confirm what is possible before you order.

Yes. Print setup and artwork are included in the price per item on your quote, and the visual is free.

Yes. We send a free artwork visual showing your logo on the product, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) gives the sharpest print. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it anyway and our artwork team will advise.

Send your Pantone references if you have them. We tell you which print methods can match them, and your visual shows the colours we plan to use.

Send the best version you have. Our artwork team will check it and tell you what is possible before anything is printed.

Delivery is included on most UK orders. Your quote tells you if delivery costs extra, for example to Europe, the Scottish Highlands or the Isle of Man.
