Questions about quotes

Do I pay anything when I send a quote request?

No. Sending a request is free and there is nothing to pay on this website. We email you a price for each item and you decide whether to go ahead.

How quickly will I get a price?

We reply to every quote request within 2 hours. Arlene or Maxx will email you a price for each product on your list.

What if I am not sure which products to choose?

Describe what you need in a brief: what the merchandise is for, how many you need, your date and your budget. Arlene or Maxx will suggest products and send prices within 2 hours.

Do I need my artwork ready before I ask for a price?

No. You can upload your logo with your request or send it later. We prepare a free visual for you to approve before anything is printed.

What does the price include?

Our quotes give one price per item, excluding VAT. It includes print setup and artwork. Delivery is included on most UK orders, and the quote tells you if delivery to Europe, the Scottish Highlands or the Isle of Man costs extra.

Do prices include VAT?

No. All quotes exclude VAT, which is added to your final quote.
